Steps followed in the data transformation:
Here, we have the dataset named “wealthy” in excel format.
The data looked complete with column headers and with no null values and no blank rows in between except the columns which need to change in terms of datatypes.

But, here we got the datatype of column “Net worth” in ABC 123 format.
So, we can’t directly change the column datatype to fixed decimal number. If we do, it gives
Error values in that column just like shown below:
So, we need to perform certain steps in order to represent billions in decimal format.
Step 1) Replace the word billion with an empty string:
We successfully replaced the word “billion” with an empty string (can be done with one click of space bar in “Replace with” field. The transformed column is shown below:
Step 2) Replace the $ symbol with an empty string:
We successfully replaced the symbol “$” with an empty string (can be done with one click of space bar in “Replace with” field. The transformed column is shown below:
Step 3) Convert the resulting column “Net worth” to a whole number:

Insights from the chart visual:
1) Jeff Bezos is the wealthiest person with 112 billions in terms of net worth and Larry Ellison holds 10th position i.e last position with 58 billions in terms of net worth.
2) Warren Buffet with age 84 is the oldest person among the list while Mark Zuckerberg with age 33 is the youngest person among all in terms of age.
3) By nationality, 7 persons are from United States and 3 persons from different countries such as France, Spain and Mexico.
